OVERVIEW

Bai Tu Long Bay is in the northeast of Vietnam. It covers a sea area of Halong City, Cam Pha Town and Van Don island district. It is adjacent to Halong bay in the southwest, to Campha district in the west, to Coto district in the northeast, toward the Eastsea. Bai Tu Long Bay includes hundreds of islands, many of them are large and inhabited.

Climate: Bai Tu Long Bay has the island’s climate with 2 distinct seasons: hot, humid summer and cold, dry winters. The annual average temperature is from 15°C to 25°C; rainfall is about 2,000 mm / year. Bai Tu Long Bay also has a tide system at about 3.5-4m/day. ITINERARY

DAY 1 : Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay - Cua Van Village (lunch, dinner).

7:45 - 8:00: Pick up at your hotel. Leave Hanoi for Halong Bay by road. Enjoy the journey through rich farmland of the Red River Delta along and the scenery of rice fields, water buffaloes and Vietnamese village everyday life.

12:30: Arrive in Halong, check- in Annam Junk, enjoy welcome drink and receive cruise briefing, check-in cabin, then explore Bai Tu Long bay with Annam Junk.

13:15: Have lunch, sampling regional fresh seafood while cruising on exquisite waters.

13:30 - 16:30: Annam Junk continues to explore Halong bay on the most wonderful route and on the way that few cruises go through: Cruising to majestic Bai Tu Long Bay, admiring several landscapes of the Bay like Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy (Monster Head), Coc Islet, Tam Cung grotto.

16:30- 17:30: We will visit the floating fish village “Cua Van” or Kayaking Dark and Light Cave.

17:30 -18:00: You can attend cooking class on Annam junk. Watch the sunset over the bay.

DAY 2 : Halong Surprising Cave - Hanoi (breakfast, lunch)

7:00: Wake up with famous fresh Vietnamese espresso coffee - Trung Nguyên, cake and tea for breakfast. Enjoy the sunrise; go swimming in the emerald waters of Halong Bay

8:00: - Transfer by tender to one of the most beautiful caves on Halong bay “ Surprise Cave”. Walk 100 steps up to the entrance of the cave and trek on foot for approximately 60 minutes.

9:30: - On the way back to Halong city, Annam Junk continues to explore Halong bay on the most wonderful route: Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Sail island. Binh Phong mountain, Man’s head island, Tortoise island.

10:00: Check out cabin and enjoy your lunch on the way back to Halong city.

11:45: Check out Annam Junk and transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi by road. Expected tim to arrive in Hanoi is around 16:30.
