Dragon Pearl Cruise

Dragon’s Pearl are modelled on the traditional junks that used to sail these waters. Whether you are dinning in the restaurant, lounging on one of the two sundecks or relaxing in the comfort of your cabin, you will be surrounded by the handcrafted teak and oak that make the Dragon’s Pearl wonderful sailing vessels. This classic junk is ideal for parties for larger groups (up to 20 people) or even incentive groups. Alternatively book a berth and get to meet new friends as you cruise the bay.

OVERVIEW

As you enter the Dragon's Pearl you come to the reception counter on the first of the two lower decks, which have a total of 11 twin/double fully equipped cabins. Each 9 m2, air-conditioned cabin boasts its own bathroom with hot water shower, a closet and night table. In each cabin you enjoy the elegant design of the fine woodwork that is event throughout. For your convenience, there are also 3 shared bathrooms onboard including on the dining deck.

On the 3rd floor you'll find the elegant dining room and bar, exquisitely designed with handcrafted Teak and Oak. This spacious area has 36 seats and is perfect for either a romantic dinner for two or family dining. To the rear of the deck is a cozy, covered lounging/dining area where you can enjoy the stunning views of Halong Bay through the elegant archways. On the forward deck is the captain's wheel house and a large outdoor lounging area, perfect for taking in the views while enjoying a refreshing drink or just sitting back with your favorite book.

Halong Bay Dragon's Pearl Cruise: To ensure your safety and peace of mind, the Dragon's pearl is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to meet today's safety standards. Onboard there are 80 life vests, 40 life buoys and 4 lifeboats. In case of fire, the boat is equipped with 4 firefighter water hoses and 14 public fire extinguishers. We are also equipped with a GPS system, VHF radio, and an automated alarm system with 27 speakers throughout.

Ha Long Bay is one of the world’s natural wonders and is the most beautiful tourist destination of Vietnam. Ha Long Bay features more than one thousand awesome limestone karsts and islands of various sizes and shapes along the 120-km coastline of Bai Chay Beach

16.45: Short cruise to Hon Co Island where you can relax on a white sandy beach, swim or kayak

Day 2: Vung Vieng Fishing Village - Hon Gai Harbour - Hanoi (B/L)

07.30: Enjoy the bay's morning landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the open-air
08.30: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village in a rustic rowing boat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms
9.30: More leisure time for swimming in the middle of the bay
10.00: Cruise back to the barbour while an a la carte lunch is served

14.40: Visit a local house. Enjoy a Quan Ho singing performance while tasting the local products such as corns, sweet potatoes...
15.10: Pass through the fields to visit Canh Huong pagoda with poetic scenery

Day 2: Cap La - Cong Dam (B/L/D)

08.30: Start cruising to Cong Dam while discovering geological values of Bai Tu Long Bay.
9:00 - 11:00: Enjoy kayaking through the hidden lagoons and geological park in Cong Dam
11.30 - 14.30: Back to junk for lunch and relaxing.
14:30 -16:00: Visit Cong Dam fishing village by a rustic row-boat, meet the local people and pass through the lagoons.
16.00 - 17.30: Cruise back to Cong Do for swimming or kayaking.

Day 3: Bai Tu Long Bay - Hon Gai Harbour - Hanoi (B/L)

10.00 - 11.30: Start cruising towards the harbour while an A La Carte lunch is served.
